Preparing for the PI© Team Building Demonstration or Presentation

Instructions:

1. Download the 2-page Predictive Index© Organization Survey here. It is an Adobe Acrobat document.
   
2. Print a copy of pages 1 & 2 for each participant
3. Assemble the group and ask them to complete the Survey
   • "Our organization is evaluating Predictive Index© to help managers manage and communicate better. PI© does not measure intelligence, values, character, education, experience or training. It measure work needs."
   • "Read the Directions at the top of each page, starting with page 1; and, mark the words that best fit the Directions at the top of that page"
   • "Use no dictionaries or help from others"
4. Fax the completed Surveys, insuring that both pages of each survey bear the participant's name. Include a cover sheet to John Ranalletta, 317-844-6267
