"I
had very high expectations when inviting John to take the platform at
the most significant conference we put on every year, and he exceeded
those expectations. This conference has a tough, intelligent audience,
yet the quantified results from attendees showed that he scored among
the best speakers we've had.
We can't wait to have him back."

Conference
& Workshop Topics for Closed and Public Events
- Managing vs.
Leading - Designed especially for managers tasked with effecting
change in their organizations. It is designed to cover everything
about being both an effective and satisfied manager, owner or leader.
Anyone who manages other people and is responsible for delivering
results will find it to be a “must attend” seminar, whether that person
is a principal, manager, owner, or just someone soon to be promoted
to a leadership.
- Manager in
the Mirror - Ready to learn more about yourself? Prior to the
Conference, pre-registered attendees will receive an email invitation
to complete The Predictive Index© Survey online. Then, as part of
this session, you’ll receive your Predictive Index© Profile along
with real-time feedback from management consultant John Ranalletta.
He’ll share insights on personal work needs, risk orientation, communication
style and mode of operation.
Armed with this knowledge, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your
managerial strengths, and learn strategies for minimizing potential
weaknesses. In addition, the discussion will underscore the importance
of determining “behavioral assets” required by jobs and possessed
by candidates, so you’re more likely to choose the right person for
any creative position.
